Campbell Land Alumni & Ambassadors

Once woven in, always connected.

Campbell Land is shaped by the people who pass through it.

Every person who works here leaves a mark — through effort, responsibility, shared meals, and shared days. In return, they leave carrying something with them.

This page exists to acknowledge that connection — and the responsibility that comes with it.

Campbell Land Alumni

Being alumni doesn’t mean you stayed forever.
It means you showed up fully while you were here.

Campbell Land alumni are people who:

  • worked honestly

  • contributed consistently

  • respected the land, the family, and each other

  • left the place better than they found it

Many alumni remain connected across years, countries, and careers — not because they were asked to, but because shared effort creates real bonds.

The Campbell Land Alumni Oath

As an alumnus of Campbell Land, I acknowledge:

I showed up to real work — not comfort, not convenience.
I contributed to something larger than myself.
I learned through effort, responsibility, and follow-through.

I understand that what I gained here came from participation —
from early mornings, shared tasks, and doing what needed to be done.

I carry forward:

  • respect for work and the people who do it

  • appreciation for food, land, and shared effort

  • confidence earned through action

  • responsibility for how I show up in the world

I recognize that Campbell Land is woven from many hands.
Each person strengthens the whole.

Wherever I go next, I represent that standard.

The Alumni Weave

Below are some of the people who have passed through Campbell Land over the years.

Each person listed here contributed in their own way — through work, care, responsibility, and presence.

Staying Connected

Alumni are always welcome to:

  • Stay in touch

  • share life updates and milestones

  • Recommend Campbell Land to the right people

  • carry the values learned here into their own work and communities

Campbell Land grows stronger through its people — past and present.

The Campbell Land Ambassador Program

Carrying the standard forward.

The Campbell Land Ambassador Program exists to recognize alumni who have demonstrated responsibility, effort, and alignment with the values of the farm.

Ambassadors are not promoters.
They are trusted representatives of how life and work are done here.

This role is earned through action, not applied for publicly.

What It Means to Be an Ambassador

Being an Ambassador means representing Campbell Land with honesty, care, and integrity.

Ambassadors:

  • reflect the standards of real work and shared responsibility

  • speak truthfully about their experience — including challenges

  • help guide the right people toward Campbell Land

  • Protect the culture by setting clear expectations

Ambassadors do not sell experiences.
They share a perspective.

Who Is Invited

Ambassador invitations are extended to alumni who have:

  • shown up consistently and responsibly

  • contributed meaningfully during their time at Campbell Land

  • earned trust through action and follow-through

  • demonstrated maturity, respect, and self-awareness

  • represented the farm well after leaving

This program is invite-only.

What Ambassadors Do

Ambassadors may:

  • answer questions from prospective applicants

  • share their experience privately or publicly, if they choose

  • Refer people who are likely to be a strong values-fit

  • offer a perspective on what life at Campbell Land is actually like

Participation is flexible.
There are no posting requirements, quotas, or performance metrics.

What Ambassadors Receive

Ambassadors may receive:

  • early access to updates or opportunities

  • priority consideration for future roles or programs

  • a direct point of contact with the Campbell Land team

  • recognition as part of the alumni weave

There are no financial incentives tied to this role.
Trust and alignment matter more than reach.

Ambassador Guidelines

Ambassadors are expected to:

  • speak honestly and responsibly

  • avoid over-promising or romanticizing the experience

  • respect privacy and boundaries

  • Refer only to people who are likely to be a good fit

If alignment fades, participation may quietly end.
This is done with respect and without drama.

A Note on Representation

Campbell Land is built on real work, shared effort, and mutual respect.

Anyone representing the farm carries that standard with them —
in how they speak, act, and show up in the world.

Interested?

Ambassador roles are offered directly to alumni.

If you have been invited, welcome.
If you believe you may be a fit, you’re welcome to reach out privately.

Participation is optional.
Commitment to the values is essential.

For Future Participants

If you are considering coming to Campbell Land, know this:

You won’t just visit.
You’ll become part of something that continues after you leave.

The work matters.
The people matter.
And what you give here stays woven into the place.

Campbell Land is not a stop on a journey.
It is a thread that continues.
