Volunteer on a Farm in Canada
Live simply. Work honestly. Contribute with purpose.
A structured farm work exchange program for reliable, hands-on volunteers.
The Campbell Land Volunteer & Work Exchange is for people who want to take part in real farm life, not observe it from the sidelines.
This is not a vacation, retreat, or tourist experience.
It is a working farm where volunteers contribute meaningfully in exchange for room and board. Campbell Land is a 6,000-acre family-run grain farm in Northern Alberta, welcoming international volunteers who are ready to contribute to real daily farm life.
You’ll live with our family, share daily responsibilities, and become part of a small, international community built on effort, respect, and reliability.

The Work Exchange
Volunteers contribute approximately 6 hours per day to the daily work of the farm.
Work varies by season and may include:
-
Gardening and food production
-
Feeding and caring for animals
-
Maintenance and upkeep of shared spaces
-
Outdoor projects and general farm work
No prior farming experience is required.
What matters most is reliability, effort, and a willingness to contribute.
