What You’ll Do:
Operate and maintain farm machinery: You’ll work with a range of equipment, from tractors to harvesters, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs: Troubleshoot and fix farm equipment, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Assist with planting and harvesting: Participate in key crop management activities, which will give you a hands-on understanding of every part of the process.

Experience operating farm machinery: You should be experienced with tractors, harvesters, and other critical farm equipment.
Basic maintenance and mechanical skills: You understand equipment upkeep and can troubleshoot issues when they arise.

An international valid driver’s license: Experience operating large farm equipment and a valid international driver’s license are essential.
