The Culinary Immersion is a hands-on experience centered on food, self-sufficiency, and the rhythm of farm-to-table living.
This program focuses on gardening, harvesting, cooking, baking, and food preparation, using ingredients grown and gathered on the farm.
You don’t just cook here —
you start with the land.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily activities may include:

Gardening and harvesting seasonal vegetables

Collecting eggs and caring for chickens
-
Picking berries and preserving harvests
-
Preparing daily farm meals from scratch
-
Baking bread, making pasta, and cooking family-style meals
-
Learning food safety, hygiene, and storage
-
Fermentation and preservation (kombucha, pickling, freezing, drying)
Meals are shared.
Food is earned.
Nothing is wasted.
