Experienced Farm Workers
(Working Holiday Visa or SIN required)

Campbell Land welcomes experienced Working Holiday Visa holders and capable individuals ready for real, hands-on farm work in northern Alberta.

This opportunity is for people who value responsibility, reliability, and contributing as part of a functioning team.
It is not a volunteer experience or a beginner training program.

Who This Is For

This role is a good fit for individuals with:

  • Previous farm experience

  • Confidence operating farm equipment (tractors, combines, seeding or harvest machinery)

  • A strong work ethic, safety awareness, and self-direction

  • Comfort with rural living and early mornings

  • Pride in doing good work consistently

What to Expect

  • Meaningful farm work with modern equipment

  • Clear roles, routines, and communication

  • A small, capable team where effort and skill are respected

  • Shared meals and respectful living arrangements

  • A grounded, drama-free work environment

This is a working farm — not a party environment or short-term tourist experience.

Progression Through Demonstrated Capability

Some individuals who begin with volunteer or immersion experiences may, over time, be invited into skilled farm work roles.

Progression is based on:

  • Demonstrated responsibility and reliability

  • Strong attitude and work ethic

  • Safety awareness and aptitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Progression is earned through action, not promised or expected.

What We Value

  • Calm, capable people

  • Mutual respect

  • Clear expectations

  • Contribution to the whole

If you are looking for a place where your skills matter, your effort is noticed, and standards are upheld, Campbell Land may be the right fit.
