The Work Exchange

Volunteers contribute approximately 6 hours per day to the daily work of the farm.

Work varies by season and may include:

  • Gardening and food production

  • Feeding and caring for animals

  • Maintenance and upkeep of shared spaces

  • Outdoor projects and general farm work

No prior farming experience is required.
What matters most is reliability, effort, and a willingness to contribute.
