At Campbell Land, we don’t just grow crops—we grow leaders. For over 15 years, we’ve been developing resilient, problem-solving leaders who thrive in agriculture and beyond. If you’re looking for a challenging, hands-on internship where hard work, resilience, and adaptability are the keys to success, then we want you to join our team.
This internship offers you the chance to gain real-world experience, develop essential farming skills, and immerse yourself in Canadian agriculture. You’ll be working directly with seasoned farmers, gaining expertise in everything from equipment operation to crop management.
What You’ll Gain:
Hands-On Experience: Operate machinery, perform repairs, and work across all areas of farm operations—from planting and irrigation to harvesting and grain grading.
English Improvement: We will help you improve your English vocabulary and communication skills in a real-world context. You will practice English on the job, in the field, in the community, and with your team, giving you the language skills you will need to pass your TOEIC and for your future career advancement.
Leadership Development: This is an accelerated development program. It’s tough work, but you’ll be pushed to grow personally and professionally, developing the skills you need to succeed in agriculture and beyond.

Agronomic & Industry Exposure: Participate in field scouting with an agronomist, grain grading at the local elevator, and learning about grain export in Western Canada. You’ll also gain experience in land mapping, presentations, and more.
Alumni Network: Join a network of over 15 years of alumni from across France and beyond. These professionals have pursued careers in everything from farming to sales, marketing, commodities, and more. You'll have access to a vast community of mentors, advisors, and professionals who can help guide your career.
Immersive Canadian Experience: Experience the lifestyle and traditions of rural Canada—participate in community events, go fishing, camping, or even hunt geese while gaining insight into Canadian farming communities.

What We’re Looking For:
Dedication and Perseverance: Farming is challenging. We seek an individual willing to dive in and embrace the dirt, flourishing through dedication and critical thinking. You will encounter unforeseen obstacles, but perseverance and flexibility are essential to surmount them.
A Positive, Can-Do Attitude: Things don’t always go as planned on a farm, and the weather doesn’t wait. We need someone who remains calm under pressure, keeps a positive attitude, and adapts to change without hesitation.
Eagerness to Learn: You’re here to develop. Whether it’s machinery, agronomy, or operations, you want to deepen your understanding of every aspect of farming. You’re open to feedback, ready to improve, and willing to take on new challenges every day.
Commitment to Growth: We invest in our interns because we believe in your future. You will be pushed to grow both technically and personally. If you show the ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely, there is potential for this role to evolve into a paid position.
Adaptability: Agriculture doesn’t follow a set schedule. You have to be ready for anything—whether it’s machinery breakdowns, weather disruptions, or last-minute adjustments to the day’s plan. Your ability to stay focused and find solutions will set you apart.
